Reach difficult roofs, facades and structures with planned access by IRATA-certified technicians.

Reach difficult areas without bulky access equipment
High roofs, deep elevations and restricted structures can put necessary work beyond ordinary access equipment. Our commercial rope access service places trained technicians close to the task, so we can inspect, maintain or install on roofs, facades and structural areas. We plan around the building shape, available anchors and the people using the premises. This makes the method useful for facilities managers, construction teams and housing providers that need work completed without a large scaffold taking over the site.
Every access method starts with site planning
Before we book work in Uxbridge, we review the task, height, anchor arrangements and any limits on access. Our proposal sets out the intended scope before we complete a health and safety evaluation and sign off the project risk assessment. Exclusion zones and controls are arranged around entrances, occupied areas and nearby activity. Once the task is finished, we assess the result and record any concerns that may need repair, monitoring or a separate investigation.
Controlled access with a clear purpose

Fewer ground-level obstructions
We avoid unnecessary heavy access equipment where rope access suits the task.
Occupied sites considered
We plan work zones around entrances, residents, staff and other site users.
Scope agreed in advance
You receive a project-specific proposal shaped around the actual access challenge.
We consider rope access where trained technicians can safely reach the task using suitable anchors and controls. It often suits roofs, facades and structures where scaffolding would take up significant space or cause avoidable disruption.
